What information do we collect?
ILG may collect information in conjunction with its marketing and registration for programs and related services and perform follow-up with its program registrants, as part of the registration process for ILG programs. In addition, information is collected through the ILG network communities and tools. From time to time, we may also conduct surveys or offer contests or other promotional events and gather additional information from you in connection with those events. Other than in aggregated, derivative form, we do not share such information with anyone outside ILG. Any personal information is kept confidential and used solely by us in accordance with this Policy.
What do we use this information for?
Primarily, we use your information to provide you with ILG services available to you. We may use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer ILG's Site. Your IP Address may also be used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, some of which we may aggregate and then share with our partners. We may also use your IP address to track information you have seen on our Site. We may use your name, email address and mailing address to assist us in communicating with you.
With whom do we share your information?
We will not sell, share or rent personal information to others except in accordance with this Policy. We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Such information is not linked to information that could identify any individual. We partner with third parties to provide specific services. When you sign up for services provided by a third party, we will disclose to the third party only the information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. We may also use outside shipping companies to ship orders and use a credit card processing company to bill members for goods and services. We will disclose to such third parties only the information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
ILG’s Site may provide you with links to other websites. We are not responsible for those sites and cannot control the use of information that you submit once you reach those sites, nor can we control the content of what is offered on those sites or on links from those sites.
ILG takes great precautions to protect our members' personal information. When members submit sensitive information via the Site, the information is protected both online and off-line through information that is encrypted and protected with a widely accepted industry standard encryption protocol - SSL.
Inspired Leadership Group, LLC Policies
Thank you for choosing Inspired Leadership Group, LLC dba Inspired Leadership Group and Inspired Leadership Retreats (ILG)! You are about to embark on a transformative journey of personal and professional leadership, and we are very excited to support your journey in the best way possible. In order to foster a healthy working relationship, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies prior to beginning your coursework. Please note that our policies may differ depending on where you live. Some local laws and regulations require alterations to these terms and conditions which will automatically occur, in particular:
IN PERSON PROGRAMS AND RETREATS
All course and retreat registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability with a limit of 12 guests (retreats only). Your registration in a course or retreat is based upon the receipt of payment for both the initial down payment amount and the balance due.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), check, PayPal, PayPal Financing, ACH and wire transfer. Your full balance for the retreat is due no later than 31 days prior to the retreat start date. Your signature on the Program Registration Offer Form authorizes ILG to automatically charge your credit card for the outstanding balance 31 days prior to the program date. ILG will notify you if an automatic charge to your credit card is not approved. Your response and payment is required within 3 business days of our notification; if not, your requested space in the program(s) may be released.
Program Transfers and Time Frame for Completion
You may transfer from one retreat or series of retreat date(s) to another one time without loss of down payment, provided the request is made prior to thirty-one (31) days before the retreat start date. Subsequent transfers, or transfers that occur less than 31 days before the course start date are assessed a non-refundable fee of 25% of the retreat price or 50% of the down payment received, whichever is greater.
For retreat-specific lodging information, venue parking and airport travel information, please refer your questions to info@InspiredLeadershipGroup.com If you plan to drive to the venue, you are responsible for any parking fees.
ILG is not responsible for any lodging fees, rates are not guaranteed, and rates are subject to change.
If a venue location is listed as “TBA - To Be Announced,” it means the venue location has not been finalized. We will email you the updated location details as soon the venue has been finalized.
During the retreat, please be aware that there may be those who are chemically sensitive to fragrances, for example perfume, aftershave and similar products. Please refrain from wearing scented products during the course.
GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING PRICING, CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
If you choose to cancel your registration in a program or retreat prior to the start of the program, you will receive a full refund, excluding a $500 non-refundable cancellation fee. Written notifications to cancel a program or retreat must be received 31 days prior to start date of the program.
If you do not notify us in advance that you will be unable to attend a program or retreat for which you are registered, you will forfeit the full program or retreat fee.
Notice of Cancellation/Withdrawal and Refunds
Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the letter of cancellation/withdrawal is received by ILG. If cancellation/withdrawal is by email, cancellation shall take place on the date an email acknowledgment is sent by ILG. Refunds, less any non-refundable cancellation fee will be made within 45 days following the receipt of written requests.
Client’s Right to Cancel
Subject to “Refund Policies” below, you have a right to cancel your program registration and receive a refund by delivering a written notice to Inspired Leadership Group, LLC PO BOX 1535 Los Gatos, CA 95031 or info@InspiredLeadershipGroup.com You may not cancel orally or by telephoning ILG, nor by choosing to not attend a program or retreat for which you are registered (unless expressly allowed by law).
ILG’S Right to Cancel
In rare cases, ILG may choose to cancel/reschedule programs or retreats at its discretion. ILG will not be responsible for costs that may be incurred by clients as a result of such cancellations or rescheduling.
Right of Refusal
ILG reserves the right to refuse a client’s participation in programs and or retreats. In addition, ILG, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove from a program or retreat a client who is negatively impacting other attendees or clients and/or the learning environment.
Use of ILG’s and John Maxwell Team’s Intellectual Property
ILG clients may use materials presented during their course work, including materials on ILG’s website only in the context of their coursework of the program/ retreat or in performing services directly on a one on one basis for their coaching their company team members, provided that they indicate it is copyrighted ILG or John Maxwell Team material. If any employee or anyone not present at the program or retreat is provided with any materials the ILG client must inform said party that the materials may not be re-used or reproduced and must indicate that all ILG and John Maxwell Team materials are proprietary intellectual property of ILG and/or John Maxwell Team. Any use of ILG’s or John Maxwell Team materials or other intellectual property beyond one-to-one coaching with employees or team members is not allowed without the specific written approval of ILG or John Maxwell Team.
ILG will need to obtain your personal and demographic information in order to secure your registration and to comply with applicable legal requirements. To register for a program or retreat, you must provide contact information (e.g. name, email and mailing address) and financial information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for government reporting, billing purposes and to fulfill your registration needs. If we have trouble processing an order or a payment, we will use this information to contact you.
Sharing of Information
ILG will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except as required by law and outlined herein. We do share Names, City, State, Zip, Phone Numbers, and Emails via a Program Roster supplied to your Program Leaders, Program Assistants, and fellow clients in order to connect outside of the program and to further develop your leadership skills and personal growth. Please inform ILG at time of registration if you would not like your personal contact information shared with other clients. It is strictly not permitted to solicit other clients in your program or retreat for personal marketing or solicitation of any kind.
